Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide: Your order number Clear photos of the item received Photos of any damage or defects A brief description of the issue Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for: Change of mind Incorrect orders placed by the customer Opened, used, worn, altered, or washed products Dissatisfaction with color variations shown on different screens Delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control Refunds Refunds are generally not provided.
