Europe: 6–10 business days by standard shipping. This estimate excludes hair processing time.

Africa: 7–15 days via FedEx or DHL.

Americas: 3–7 days via FedEx.

Listed European Union destinations below: free shipping. Listed African destinations below: €20. United States: €15. For the other listed destinations, contact us to confirm availability and cost before ordering.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges & Replacements

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

You received the wrong item.
Your order arrived damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Asheerah Hair has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost. Customers are responsible for complying with their country's import regulations and paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
